Ultra-contemporary Miami Beach estate with 200-foot bridge is back with a new price

The dramatic Marcio Kogan-designed property is back on the market

A super-sleek waterfront home in Miami Beach is back on the market with a new, lower asking price. Described as a “modern architectural masterpiece” in its listing notes, the property at 4567 Pine Tree Drive is now seeking $25.75 Million—down an even $4 million from its previous 2017 asking price.

The striking structure comes from Brazilian architect Marcio Kogan of Studio MK-27 and is owned by Barry Brodsky, whose company Brodson Construction built the home on spec in 2016. Rendered in raw architectural concrete, stone, and wood, the mansion sports six bedrooms, nine bathrooms, and an indoor basketball court finished to exacting NBA specs.

In addition to a heated saltwater pool and generous water frontage, the property also boasts an oversized manmade lagoon. This water feature is topped by a 200-foot-long teak and concrete footbridge that snakes its way from the ground level to the home’s rooftop terrace.

Previously repped by The Waterfront Team at One Sotheby’s, the listing for 4567 Pine Tree Drive was removed in March. The ultra-modern, 14,500-square-foot home relisted Thursday with The Jills Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate.
