London, UK – 24 September 2026 – Peak3, a global provider of digital and AI-driven insurance software, has launched Graphene Harness, the first global insurance AI-DLC, dramatically reducing the cost and time required to build, implement, and maintain insurance technology.
Graphene Harness applies AI across the entire software delivery lifecycle, from business analysis and architecture through engineering, testing, migration, deployment, and maintenance.
With Graphene Harness, Peak3 is already achieving a 50% reduction in end-to-end new-feature development and core system implementation costs for customers, with a target of 80% within 18-36 months.
Rather than using AI simply as a coding assistant, Graphene Harness operates as a virtual technology team. To achieve this, Peak3 has distilled the knowledge of business analysts, architects, engineers, testers, and reviewers into digital AI counterparts and connected them through one governed delivery environment.

The launch of Graphene Harness comes alongside Graphene v4, the latest generation of Peak3’s AI-native insurance core platform. It features an upgraded agent orchestration and run-time platform, enhanced agent interfaces and a marketplace of pre-built AI agents, enabling insurers to build, deploy, monitor, and govern AI across life, health, and P&C insurance.
Pre-built agents support areas including medical underwriting, conversational FNOL, intelligent document processing, and fraud, waste, and abuse in claims.
AI agents can also reconfigure insurance products, calculations, and rules using natural-language instructions and unstructured documents, reducing complex configuration work that previously took days to hours or even minutes. Access management, attribution, and detailed logging provide controls over what individual agents are permitted to do.
Graphene Harness is already used by Peak3 to build and maintain its own Graphene platform and is being made available to selected implementation partners, with plans to extend availability to clients over the next six to 12 months.
