Former Miami Dolphins star Tyreek Hill relisted his Southwest Ranches estate.
Hill, widely known as “The Cheetah” for his record-setting speed, was quick to relist his 12,860-square-foot home at 16755 Berkshire Court after pulling it from the market last month, Realtor.com reported.
It’s listed at $7.7 million, or $600 per square foot. The 2007-built home sits on 2.3-acre grounds in the exclusive Landmark Estates community. It has nine bedrooms and nine-and-a-half bathrooms, as well as two guesthouses, a putting green, a full basketball court, a home theater and a heated pool and spa, according to the listing.
“This house right here is definitely one of the best I’ve ever stayed in in my life and probably one of the best I’ve ever seen,” Hill said in a 2022 house tour YouTube video.
Hill paid $6.9 million for the property in 2022 after signing a $120 million four-year contract with the Dolphins. But a dislocated knee and torn ACL cut his 2025 season short, and the Dolphins released him in February. Days later, he put his Florida property on the market. In August, he removed the property, but it’s now up for sale again with new listing images, Realtor.com said.
Hill began his NFL career in 2016 with the Kansas City Chiefs, helping lead the team to a Superbowl victory in 2020. He was also a five-time First-Team All-Pro and one of the fastest players in the league, consistently clocking speeds over 22 miles per hour. Hill is now an unsigned free agent. He could return to the field this season, with fans speculating he might make a return as early as next month.
Broward County has long attracted professional athletes looking for space, privacy and proximity to South Florida’s sports scene. Former Miami Dolphins quarterback Tua Tagovailoa spent five years in his home in Davie before selling it for $2.6 million last year. Also last year, former Dolphins center Mike Pouncey sold his Fort Lauderdale mansion for $5.5 million.
Earlier this month, Lionel Messi dropped $8 million on a property in Fort Lauderdale’s gated Bay Colony next door to the home he already owns. In 2024, Inter Miami’s Luis Suárez paid $11.5 million for a house in the same neighborhood.
