South Florida developer Todd Michael Glaser is asking $59 million for his personal home in Palm Beach, half a mile away from Mar-a-Lago.
Glaser said he’s looking to downsize from his family’s 16,000-square-foot mansion at 111 Via Del Lago and move to a more walkable part of town.
The ultra-luxury home developer twice bought the estate, which previously went by the address 125 Via Del Lago. He paid $11 million for it in 2017, and he and his wife renovated the space. They sold two years later for $16.1 million.
He repurchased it in 2022 for $23.2 million, saying at the time that he loved the house.
In 2024, Glaser partnered with his neighbor, Jane Holzer, to buy the property next door at 111 Via Del Lago for $15.5 million. Glaser paid $7.8 million for his half and used the land to expand his estate’s front yard and add a circular brick driveway.
He also renovated the primary suite and updated parts of the interior, including windows and flooring, since buying back the house.
The three-story Mediterranean-style estate has nine bedrooms, 10 bathrooms and two half-baths on a 1.1-acre lot, a large lot for the island. Architect Marion Sims Wyeth — known for his work on Mar-a-Lago and the Norton Museum of Art — designed the 1920s compound.
The house has a pool, gym, six-car garage and two-story cabana. It sits one house off of Ocean Drive, and it’s elevated to avoid the flood zone.
Corcoran Group’s Suzanne Frisbie and Douglas Elliman’s Spencer Schlager have the listing. Schlager said the location and size of the land, along with its historic design and charm, make the property attractive. Frisbie brokered both of Glaser’s previous transactions on the house.
Glaser’s portfolio includes Palm Beach’s $152 million Tarpon Island deal, one of the most expensive sales in South Florida history. He also bought, demolished and later sold the land formerly hosting Jeffrey Epstein’s Palm Beach house.
