The seller, a company managed by Henry F. Martell, purchased the property in 2004 for $3.6 million. The buyer was an LLC tied to Lorenzo Llerena, a car dealership owner. The one-story building, built in 1997, spans 19,300 square feet.

By the Numbers: Builders up housing construction in Northeast
Northeastern states saw the nation’s sharpest year-over-year climb in private housing permits in June as homebuilders in the inventory-starved region are picking up the pace.
Massachusetts recorded the top year-over-year growth in approved private housing permits, of 243 percent, which was the highest annual surge among the states this year and 140 percent, according to a TRD Data analysis of U.S. Census Bureau data (state-level data is not adjusted for seasonality). Connecticut ranked second, with a growth rate of 140 percent, and New Hampshire came in third, with a 116 percent rise in housing permit approvals.
